Mr. Surendra Vyas founder of S Vyas & Associates Company Secretaries is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Management from Mohanlal Sukhadiya University, Udaipur.
He has a total experience of over six years of working on diversified assignments in the area of secretarial, corporate compliance, legal, finance & account, taxation, fund raising & financing and real estate feasibility analysis along with compliance related to development of real estate projects.
